Call Center Management for Market Research Firm

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

Precision Opinion is seeking enthusiastic professionals for a variety of positions in its telephone calling center. Positions include phone room managers, team leaders and quality assurance personnel. Precision Opinion, Nevada’s largest Market Research firm conducts public opinion polling in a professional quality driven environment.

Duties:

  • Planning, development and implementation of work flow, quality controls and staffing of interviewers in a fast paced environment.
  • Maintain quality control aspects for both Precision Opinion and its clients
  • Work in a team environment to reach goals both in quality and production levels
  • Coach Telephone Interviewers to increase productivity
  • Help Identify effective techniques for gaining respondent cooperation in each unique study
  • Monitor compliance to regulations and standard operating procedures

  • Ability to react in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at listening and evaluating others performance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor others in a supportive roll
  • Ability to apply common sense and make decisions in dynamic situations
  • Upbeat, positive and professional attitude
  • Previous phone management experience a must

Education:

College is a definite plus, High School Graduate (GED) a minimum.
